We take new participants the first week of each month.

Terms and Conditions

From the enrollment date, {enrollmentDate}, my child will begin the program on the first {selectYourDay} of next month.

The program is a DUES paying program. It begins on the date indicated above and continues indefinitely until cancelled. Program cancellation requires 30 day written notice.

I agree to pay the initial enrollment payment for {selectHow}. I understand that the enrollment requires Three (3) Months Prepaid and continues continously at $75 per month per child. I also understand that Wichita Sales Tax is added on top of dues.

Beginning on the 2nd of Each Month, program dues as listed above (plus tax) will be paid to Bliss Climbing Corporation by electronic funds tranfer (EFT).

In the event of a declined EFT payment, program participation may be frozen until payment is made. Two declines in a row will result in termination from gym participation and programs until fees are paid.

Bliss Climbing Corporation reserves the right to increase dues at its discretion with 60 days written notice.

After the initial 3-Month Prepayed enrollment, your provided card will continue to charge $75 x {select-1} (plus tax) until a 30 Day Written Cancellation Notice is provide to Bliss.
