- Tuesdays – 5:30pm - 5:50pm
- Thursdays – 6:30pm - 6:50pm (ladies only)
- Fridays – 5:00pm - 5:20pm

Ladies Circuit Class: Ladies Only. No boys allowed! Get a great full-body workout! Meeting times are every Monday from 7pm - 8pm upstairs in the training area. Limited space! Please sign up in advance.
