15-Minute Core Blaster Workout: Using your core is essential to climbing. Our core blaster workouts are a perfect way to get a quick workout in.

Workout Times

  • Mondays – 7:00pm - 7:20pm
  • Tuesdays – 5:30pm - 5:50pm
  • Thursdays – 6:30pm - 6:50pm (ladies only)
  • Fridays – 5:00pm - 5:20pm ​
  • FREE for Members
  • $10 for guest

Ladies Circuit Class: Ladies Only. No boys allowed! Get a great full-body workout! Meeting times are every Monday from 7pm - 8pm upstairs in the training area. Limited space! Please sign up in advance.

  • $25 all four sessions
  • $12 for single session (no Day Pass required)
